Business Analyst – Digital Custody + CAK
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid) Role Summary We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst with strong expertise in
Digital Custody ,
Securities Services , and
Central Account Keeping (CAK) . The ideal candidate will work closely with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to define functional and business requirements for enterprise-grade digital custody platforms supporting tokenized securities, digital assets, clearing, settlement, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Understand the end-to-end securities custody lifecycle.
- Work on Digital Custody platform implementation and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.
- Support digital asset custody, tokenization, settlement, and safekeeping solutions.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout project delivery. Mandatory Skills
- 8–16 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong experience in Digital Custody.
- Central Account Keeping (CAK).
- Securities Custody Lifecycle.
- Asset Servicing / Securities Services.
- Digital Assets.
- Tokenized Securities.
- Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
- Smart Contracts.
- Wallet Infrastructure & Key Management.
- APIs and System Integration.
- Data Mapping.
- Cloud Architecture concepts. Preferred Experience
- Custodians, CSDs, ICSDs.
- Investment Banking.
- Asset Management.
- Securities Services.
- Custody Modernization Programs.
- Regulatory Compliance for Digital Assets. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
