Role & Responsibilities

Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and analytical summaries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to support business objectives.
• Use MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.

Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Perform data analysis using MS Excel and SQL.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy and prepare periodic performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any relevant discipline; candidates with B.E./B.Tech, BCA, BCS, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, MCA, or MBA may apply.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and work with cross-functional teams.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the company's requirements.
