Job Title: Business Analyst – Dairy Fresh & E-commerce

Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst who can convert business data into meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making across Institutions and E-commerce channels. The role involves collaborating with sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, and technology teams to provide actionable insights and optimize business performance, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business performance across Institutions and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, and customer trends across institutions and e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze KPIs related to revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business risks, and growth opportunities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Prepare business reports and presentations for senior management.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system enhancements.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, and SOPs.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups).
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Data Analytics, or E-commerce.
• Experience in FMCG, Dairy, Retail, or E-commerce industries is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Understanding of order management, inventory planning, logistics, and customer analytics.
• Experience working in Agile environments and with tools like Jira or Confluence is an added advantage.
