Business Analyst Cum Project Coordinator

Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and use cases.
• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing(UAT).
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Assist in change management and user training activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
