Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and talented Business Analyst to join our team at Niva Bupa. The ideal candidate will start in the role of Business Analyst and eventually transition into a Product Analyst and Owner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing health insurer in India and contribute to the development of industry leading insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and user stories

Product Analysis and Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative health insurance products. Conduct market research to assess product viability and competitiveness. Define and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features for development.

Product Ownership: Take ownership of product development, ensuring that the product aligns with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track the performance of products and identify areas for improvement. Generate insights from data to drive product decisions and strategy.

Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress Present findings, recommendations, and updates to leadership and project teams.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8-10 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analyst role
• Candidate from Insurance Industry is preferred.
• Must have BA experience as working on Claim, Underwriting, Documentation, Sales OR Operations.
