The Business Analyst - CEO Office will work directly with the CEO as a strategic associate, supporting key business initiatives, investor relations activities, stakeholder engagements, and growth-focused projects. The role is designed to act as an extension of the CEOs office, providing analytical, commercial, and operational support across critical business functions.

The incumbent will assist in preparing investor and business presentations, coordinating executive meetings, engaging with key customers and stakeholders, supporting business negotiations, and contributing to revenue planning and strategic decision-making. The role will also work closely with the Marketing and Finance teams to ensure alignment of corporate messaging, branding initiatives, and leadership communication.

• The role will Shadow the CEO by supporting day-to-day strategic and operational activities.

• Coordinate and participate in meetings with senior executives, investors, key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather business data required for investor interactions and presentations.

• Should prepare investor presentations, board presentations, business updates, and strategic reports.

• Developing investment-related pitch decks, financial summaries, and corporate communication materials.

• Create executive-level presentations using PowerPoint and advanced Excel analytics.

• Prepare briefing notes, business reports, meeting summaries, and action trackers for leadership reviews.

• Work closely with the CEO on strategic business projects and organizational priorities.

• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

• Assist in managing strategic customer relationships and executive engagements.

• Track and monitor key initiatives across departments and ensure timely execution.

• Provide strategic inputs to the marketing team on branding, corporate positioning, and communication initiatives.

• Coordinate PR-related activities and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

• Support leadership visibility programs, media interactions, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Track key business metrics and present insights to the CEO and leadership team.

• MBA (Marketing or Finance) from a premier institute, preferably IIMs or other Tier-1 B-Schools.

• 1-2 years of prior work experience (before or after MBA).

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, financial analysis, and business presentations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence.

• Ability to work directly with CXOs and manage multiple strategic priorities.
