Role Summary:
Drive business analysis for capital markets and asset management initiatives. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to support trading compliance, investment processes, and data management.
What Youll Do:
- Analyze capital markets and asset management business processes
- Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Perform functional testing of solutions and compliance rules
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 7-10+ years experience in capital markets or global treasury
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX)
- Understanding of investment banking and asset management front, middle, and back office functions
- Experience with SQL and ETL tools such as Informatica; familiarity with Databricks
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to perform functional testing
- Confident in stakeholder and business user interactions
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in trading compliance rule coding and testing within asset management
- Knowledge of investment process and distribution in the financial industry
