Business Analyst(Banking or Financial domain)

Role Title: Business Analyst BFSI

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-10 Years

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of BFSI (Banking & Financial Services) domain experience.
• Experience in preparing and managing:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• User Stories
• Use Cases
• Experience in developing BRDs for front-end applications.
• Strong understanding of:
• Entity Relationship (ER) Models
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across:
• Business teams
• IT teams
• Third-party vendors
• Understanding of accounting concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle and deliver complex business requirements

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Payments domain (UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Card Payments, Payment Gateway, etc.).
• Experience in digital banking or financial platform implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
