Business Analyst Banking & Financial Services / Insurance (Multiple Openings)

We are hiring experienced Business Analysts for multiple roles across Banking & Financial Services domain, supporting large-scale digital transformation and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications
• Perform gap analysis and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
• Support Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Drive end-to-end change lifecycle from requirements to deployment
• Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services domain (BFSI)
• Hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) delivery
• Expertise in requirements documentation (BRD/FRD/User Stories)
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process modelling tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Domain Exposure (Any of the below)

• Retail / Corporate Banking
• Payments / Cards
• Lending / Loans / Mortgages
• Transaction Banking
• Wealth / Private Banking
• KYC / AML / Onboarding
• Fraud & Collections
• Insurance

Good to Have

• Experience in Digital Transformation / Customer Journey initiatives
• Exposure to API integrations, automation, or data analysis
• Experience working with global banking clients

• Location: Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurugram
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
