Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to optimize operational processes across company Operations
• Leverage technologies such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to deliver scalable automation
• Identify automation opportunities through process analysis, value assessment, and stakeholder engagement
• Integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions where appropriate to enhance decision-making and efficiency
• Provide technical leadership and establish best practices, standards, and governance for automation
• Coach, mentor, and train Operations staff to build internal automation capability
• Partner with Operations, Technology, and Change teams to deliver automation aligned to strategic priorities
• Support the development and execution of the Operations automation roadmap
• Ensure automation solutions meet risk, compliance, audit, and control requirements
