We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Analyst to support business and operational decision-making in a fast-paced Interview-as-a-Service environment. The role involves working closely with internal teams to analyze operational and sales data, derive insights, and drive business growth.
You will assist in analyzing business and operational data to generate insights, support decision-making, and improve process efficiency, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS
1. Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for business tracking
- Use data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Work extensively on advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.)
- Develop impactful presentations (PPTs) for management and stakeholders
- Translate data into clear, concise, and visually appealing reports
- Support daily business operations through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and performance
- Track and monitor key business metrics and KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify industry trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives through data-backed research
- Identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest process improvements
- Work on data-backed optimization strategies to improve productivity
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Data Analysis
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in operational and sales data analysis
- Good understanding of market research and business insights
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexibility and ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights
- Attention to detail and structured thinking approach
