Business Analyst and Campaign Manager Intern

We're looking for a Business Analyst Intern who is analytical, curious, structured in their thinking, and confident in communicating ideas. This role offers hands-on exposure to real client projects and the opportunity to understand how data, technology, and business strategy come together.

Responsibilities:

• Work with consultants and strategists to understand client business, marketing, and customer engagement challenges.
• Analyze customer journeys, campaign performance, user behavior, and business data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Support customer segmentation, campaign analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Assist in creating strategy presentations, dashboards, workflows, process documents, and client-ready deliverables.
• Participate in discussions around customer journeys, campaign optimization, personalization, and business outcomes.
• Work with MarTech and analytics platforms to understand how customer data is used to drive engagement.
• Support data gathering, validation, analysis, and interpretation for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to solving real-world business problems.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Good understanding of marketing, customer journeys, and digital business concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly.
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts quickly.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work.
• Ability to work effectively with consultants, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
