Tech Only) | Immediate Joiners Preferred 🌟 About the Role We are looking for a sharp, client-facing Business Analyst to work on AI-driven solutions for US clients. This is a communication-heavy role. You will interact directly with clients, understand their needs, and ensure those requirements are clearly translated and executed by internal teams.

👉 Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory. If you are confident speaking with clients, giving demos, and driving execution, this role is for you.

🎯 What You’ll Do Interact with US clients to gather and clarify requirements Explain solutions clearly and confidently in English Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for clients Translate business needs into clear tasks for developers Run and support client meetings (evening IST) Track timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams Ensure nothing falls through the cracks between client and execution Use AI tools to speed up work Contribute ideas to improve our AI products and workflows based on real usage

💰 Compensation ₹5–12 LPA based on experience Performance bonus based on delivery and impact

🌍 Work Setup Noida-based role Occasional evening availability for US client calls (typically between 10 PM – 12 AM IST). Flexible start times on late-call days.
