Job Summary
Bridge business needs and technical teams on AI, automation and digital-transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Run workshops to understand processes and pain points
- Document requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Map workflows for AI and automation opportunities
- Help define evaluation criteria for AI solutions
- Support UAT and adoption
Requirements
- 3-6 years of business analysis experience on IT projects
- Strong requirements and process-mapping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience working in agile teams
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI/GenAI projects
- CBAP or similar certification
- Domain knowledge in BFSI, healthcare or logistics
