Role & responsibilities

1. Gather and document business requirements from customer to understand their needs and objectives.

2. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and business strategy.

3. Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide development teams.

4. Coordinate and prioritize tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure task are completed on time

5. Collaborate with customers across different levels and departments

6. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains within the organization.
