Business Analyst 2

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Analyst contractor to assist App Support Team in mainly Snapsheet config, working closely with both the business and vendor teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with business stakeholders to understand and document the target operating model for user access and security.
• Defining and documenting Roles, Teams and User Profiles across all departments requiring access to Snapsheet, not just Operations, ensuring appropriate permissions and segregation of duties are established.
• Working directly with Snapsheet to translate business requirements into system configuration and validate that access controls meet operational needs.
• Gathering and documenting requirements relating to financial authority limits, payment controls and approval hierarchies, and supporting the configuration of these controls within Snapsheet.
• Assisting with the review, analysis and resolution of defects identified during testing, working closely with the QA team, business users and Snapsheet where required.
• Supporting ad hoc system configuration activities and helping to ensure configuration changes are appropriately documented and aligned to business requirements.
• Providing business analysis support across the implementation, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and impact assessments where needed.
