Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for capital markets use cases in a financial services environment.
• Map current-state and future-state processes, including trade lifecycle workflows, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution validation by coordinating with stakeholders on UAT planning, test scenarios, and requirement traceability.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders throughout delivery.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in business analysis within financial services/capital markets.
• Financial Services domain knowledge, including common business processes and operational context.
• Capital Market understanding to analyze requirements and workflows accurately.
• Ability to structure requirements, define scope, and ensure completeness and consistency.
• Experience producing business analysis artifacts such as process maps, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Good to Have:
• Trade Lifecycle exposure, including end-to-end understanding of trade processing stages.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
