Job Description: Job Title: Senior Change Business Analyst (Target Operating Model)

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced

Senior Change Business Analyst with over

12 years of experience to drive large-scale transformation initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in

change management, business analysis, and Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation , ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities 1. Change & Transformation Delivery

• Lead and support

end-to-end change initiatives across business and technology domains

• Assess impacts of change and define

change strategies, roadmaps, and transition plans

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure

adoption, readiness, and sustainability of change 2. Target Operating Model (TOM) Design

• Define and implement

Target Operating Models including:

• Business processes
• Organizational structure
• Governance frameworks
• Technology enablement
• Conduct

current state (AS-IS) assessments and design

future state (TO-BE) models

• Ensure alignment with

strategic goals and regulatory/compliance requirements 3. Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Lead

requirements gathering, documentation, and validation activities

• Translate business needs into

functional and non-functional requirements

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
• Drive

gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution design 4. Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Manage senior stakeholders across business, technology, and operations
• Act as a

bridge between business and delivery teams

• Support governance forums with

clear documentation and reporting

• Influence decision-making through

insightful analysis and recommendations 5. Process & Operational Excellence

• Identify opportunities for

process improvement and optimization

• Apply frameworks such as

Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM where applicable

• Ensure

scalability and efficiency in operating models and processes

6. Change Readiness & Adoption

• Develop

change impact assessments, communication plans, and training strategies

• Collaborate with Change Managers to ensure

smooth implementation and user adoption

• Monitor and measure

change effectiveness and business outcomes Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in

Business Analysis and Change Management

• Strong experience in

Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation

• Proven track record in delivering

large-scale transformation programs

• Expertise in:
• Process modelling (BPMN, Visio, etc.)
• Business analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile/Waterfall)
• Change management principles (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)
• Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with

cross-functional and global teams Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as

CBAP, PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma

• Experience in

digital transformation, automation, or enterprise-wide change initiatives

• Exposure to
