What would you do The role supports the organization s trade operations by ensuring that all trade data/ activities are maintained to support trade activities. Trade Admin will support the Trade Executive & trade manager and collaborate closely with the Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams when needed to ensure data being maintained accordingly.

What are we looking for 2-3 years of work experience in Trade Operations in FMCG Industry Proficiency inPower BI andMicrosoft PowerPoint Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong collaborator and cross functional working experience drive for results. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Have good understanding of End Market trade operation. Support and ensuring key trade data being updated/validated /maintained as per business need in system/ repository Upload and maintain data in the TM&D platform/repository to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Ensure smooth operation and data integrity across TM&D platforms/repository. Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed. Work closely with Trade, Key Account, and IDT teams when needed to align data, support enquiries & to capture requirement- where needed Support in automating and standardizing trade reporting, and analysis with proper collaboration with relevant stakeholders Escalate and coordinate in case of any report/ dashboard related issues.
