We are looking for professionals with experience in warranty claim management, supplier recovery, technical failure analysis, supplier negotiations, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should be capable of assessing warranty claims, determining supplier liability, interpreting warranty agreements, conducting root cause analysis, managing supplier interactions, handling appeals and part returns, and utilizing tools such as SAP, Excel, Qlik Sense, and Supplier Portals. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential to maximize
