What would you do

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources.

Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.

Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design

The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns.

These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.


What are we looking for

2-5 Years of Experience in Troubleshooting and Customer Service or Technical Support environment (Chat & Phone)

Good understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript

Basic knowledge of Google office tools or equivalent (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)

Good understanding of Digital Marketing domain

Knowledge on any of the Ad Servers would be an additional benefit


Roles and Responsibilities:

Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics

Demonstrate ownership, high level of commitment and provide excellent customer service to the customer over email and chat

Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying and escalating areas requiring operational adaptation and or improvement and working at a fast pace

Solve end users issues using innovative techniques identifying efficiency gains and conducting root cause analyses

Be an Incredible Communicator: Able to interpret queries of the end user and address end users requests or concerns in a timely manner with an aptitude for building strong client relationships

Ability to adapt and adjust communication style when dealing with customers with different cultures and practises
