About this role
Kindly note : This is a Mundra Site based role and this role requires Gujarat domicile only
- Prepare and maintain import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and Bill of Lading records.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal stakeholders for smooth shipment processing.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely submission of documents to customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and logistics transactions in ERP/SAP systems.
- Support the logistics and commercial team in resolving documentation-related queries and discrepancies.
Qualification - Only Diploma, No B.Tech
