Job Title: Customer Support Executive / International Voice Process Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) and Graduate candidates Salary: 18,000 39,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and process Industry: International BPO / Customer Service

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice, email, or chat support.
• Communicate professionally with international customers and provide effective solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Meet daily performance targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good confidence, patience, and professional etiquette.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.

• UG freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates and experienced candidates can also apply.
• Candidates should have good English communication skills.
