Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries through voice and semi-voice support channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: PUC (10+2) or above.
• Experience: Fresher / Experience Both Can Apply
• Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts.
• 1 rotational week off.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.

Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per month CTC
