Process: HR Recruiter - Voice Process
Location: Ambegaon Bk, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with candidates.
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Explain job roles, eligibility, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Details:

• Salary: 14,000 - 25,000 per month + Incentives
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
