ZPMC Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Position: Business Development Manager

Industry: Port Equipment | Heavy Engineering | Infrastructure

Experience: 15+ Years in B2B / Industrial Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen ZPMC India's presence in the Indian market
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients, port operators, EPC companies, and key industry stakeholders
• Generate leads and support business development activities across India
• Conduct market research and track industry trends, competitors, projects, and upcoming opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams to convert business opportunities into successful projects
• Manage client relationships and represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
• Develop marketing presentations, company profiles, proposals, and promotional materials
• Drive brand visibility and strengthen ZPMC India's position in the port and heavy engineering sector

We are looking for:

• Strong B2B / Industrial Marketing experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business networking and client relationship management abilities
• Experience in infrastructure, ports, cranes, heavy engineering, EPC, or related industries will be highly preferred
• Strong market knowledge and business development mindset
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
