About this role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Building Maintenance Supervisor to manage and supervise maintenance activities across 3-4 locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise building maintenance across 34 locations.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, AC, and general repair work.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Resolve maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain records and report updates to management.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in building/facility maintenance.
- Good supervision and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations.
