Building Maintenance Manager

We're Hiring | Assistant Manager / Manager – Building Maintenance

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 10–12 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day building maintenance and engineering operations.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, utilities, DG, UPS, HT/LT and related systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Manage AMCs, OEMs, contractors, vendors and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, fire & life-safety and statutory requirements.
• Monitor utilities, maintenance costs and asset performance.
• Maintain engineering documentation, asset registers and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Identify recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10–12 years of experience in building maintenance/engineering operations, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and fire & life-safety systems.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Strong vendor, AMC and technical team management skills.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance, safety and utility management.
• Exposure to BMS/CMMS will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a 24×7 operational environment and responding to critical facility requirements.

This is a Delhi-based corporate role with travel to other project sites across India, as required.
