Builder Site Lead

• Manage complete sales operations at assigned builder site(s)
• Handle walk-ins, conduct site visits, and explain project offerings
• Drive monthly sales targets and maximize site conversions
• Build strong relationships with builder sales teams and channel partners
• Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking
• Coordinate documentation, bookings, and customer follow-ups
• Provide regular market insights and competitor feedback

• Proficient in Written and Spoken English ; MS Word & Excel
• Willing for a field sales role
