Builder- Business Operations & Analytics

What will you drive?

• Drive operational excellence across day-to-day business processes, ensuring smooth execution, faster issue resolution, strong SLA adherence, and improved customer and stakeholder experience.
• Own core operational workflows and proactively solve daily execution challenges by coordinating with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and multiple channels.
• Act as a central problem-solver for operational bottlenecks, escalations, process gaps, and execution delays, ensuring issues are closed with speed, ownership, and accountability.
• Work closely with teams across sourcing, inspections, pricing, logistics, customer support, finance, and other functions to ensure seamless coordination and timely closure of tasks.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high productivity, discipline, ownership, and consistency in daily operations.
• Track team performance, identify gaps, coach individuals where required, and ensure teams are aligned with business priorities and monthly targets.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, root causes, capacity gaps, and performance trends; convert insights into clear actions that improve productivity and outcomes.
• Own operational dashboards, MIS, and KPI governance to provide leadership with timely visibility on performance, risks, escalations, and improvement opportunities.
• Build scalable SOPs, process controls, and operational playbooks that reduce manual dependency, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve consistency across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and data-backed solutions.
• Manage customer-facing and internal operational workflows, ensuring documentation, follow-ups, handovers, and process requirements are completed accurately and smoothly.
• Create a positive, high-energy team environment by driving motivation, accountability, collaboration, and a strong bias for getting things done.
  

Who are we looking for?

• 4-5 years of experience in core operations, business operations, process management, team handling, business analytics, or process improvement roles.
• Strong hands-on operational mindset with the ability to solve day-to-day issues, manage escalations, and drive closure across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in handling teams, driving daily performance, motivating team members, and ensuring operational discipline.
• Strong data analytics capability, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with operational MIS, dashboards, large datasets, and KPI tracking.
• Ability to analyse data, identify actionable insights, and independently drive measurable operational improvements.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• High ownership attitude with a strong bias for action, problem-solving, follow-ups, and execution.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is good to have.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, guide teams, and clearly communicate priorities, risks, and updates.
• A team-first mindset with the ability to keep people motivated, aligned, and focused during high-pressure business situations.
