Builder Apprentice- Customer Support

At Cars24, were looking for a Customer Support Intern to help customers through their car buying and selling journey. You’ll interact with customers through calls, email and chat, assist with queries, and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely updates and resolutions.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer queries through calls, email and chat.
• Make follow-up calls to share updates and gather required information.
• Assist customers with appointments, vehicle inspections, documentation and transaction status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Inspections, Logistics and Finance teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Record customer interactions and update case details in the CRM.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and track them through resolution.
• Follow support guidelines and contribute to response-time, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Share recurring customer feedback to help improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates who can commit to the full 3-month internship.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• A customer-focused approach, patience and strong listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and confidence in speaking with customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to stay organised, follow up on queries and work with different teams.
• Previous internship or customer-facing experience is a plus; freshers are welcome.
