About the Role

We are looking for a CA – Budgeting & MIS professional to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, and management reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Prepare MIS and management reports for senior management.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Track business performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate financial data.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS and budgeting reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and business insights.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning.
• Good understanding of MIS and Management Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and financial modelling knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.
