Buddy Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

• Understand student's academic background, career goals and preferences
• Schedule counselling sessions with senior education counselors
• Follow up with students through calls, email, whatsapp or other established communication channels
• Maintain student records and update CRM/database systems
• Support students with document collection and application tracking
• Address basic queries and ensure a positive student experience

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation is a must
• Post graduate candidates will be preferred
• Good Communication Skills
• Active listening & Interpersonal skills
• Computer efficiency
• Time management and problem solving mindset
• Attention to detail and convincing power
• Strong with follow ups and reminders
