He should plan and excite engagement strategies with activities such as division action planning session, BU work

Review and monitor employee engagement levels and its impact on business plan

He should to create OD initiatives.

He should to work closely with the senior leadership to execute people strategy.

Manage the on board process for new hires.

Assist with events and projects associative with our culture development, employee appreciation.

Ability to solve problems and make proactive.
