- Manage day-to-day project deliverables, timelines, and quality control
- Lead a team of Associates, providing guidance, reviewing work, and ensuring quality output
- Drive campaign execution and reporting using SFMC across Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and related modules
- Perform hands-on execution and troubleshooting in SFMC including campaign setup, QA, deployment, and tracking
- Generate performance reports and insights to guide decision-making and strategic improvements
- Interact regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and present deliverables
- Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations with strategic recommendations and insights
- Manage end-to-end Data Cloud operations, including data ingestion and integration, data quality and governance, identity resolution, segmentation, downstream activation, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
