Role Summary

We are looking for a Flea Market Manager to manage vendor sourcing, event execution, and revenue growth across NoBrokerHood societies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and manage vendors (food, crafts, lifestyle products, etc.).
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive event profitability.
• Coordinate with society committees to secure permissions and finalize events.
• Manage on-ground operations, vendor setup, and event execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and accounts teams.
• Drive footfall through marketing and community engagement.
• Track event revenue, expenses, and margins.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in event management, sales, or community engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
