BTL Marketing Manager

We are looking for a high-energy BTL Marketing Manager to lead our on-ground brand presence and lead generation efforts across Chennai. You will be responsible for taking the KG Foundations brand directly to potential homebuyers through strategic activations, events, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Activations: Plan and execute roadshows, mall kiosks, corporate park activations, and RWA (apartment) events.
• Lead Generation: Focus on driving high-quality site visits and walk-ins through BTL activities.
• Site Branding: Oversee end-to-end branding at project sites, including hoardings, flags, and experience centers.
• Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for fabrication, printing, and event manpower.
• Local Tie-ups: Build relationships with local communities and corporate hubs for niche marketing opportunities.
• Reporting: Track ROI on all BTL spends and maintain detailed reports on lead conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in BTL/Field Marketing from Real Estate is preferred.
• Local Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of Chennais geography and premium neighborhoods.
• Language: Must be fluent in Tamil and English.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, vendor management, and a "feet-on-the-street" mindset.
• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
