About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Vendor Procurement to manage vendor sourcing and partnerships for BTL campaigns and execution activities, ensuring competitive costs, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard vendors for BTL campaigns and execution
• Manage vendors for printing, fabrication, branding, promotional materials, installations, and other BTL requirements
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and SLAs
• Manage vendor performance, quality, timelines, and costs
• Build and maintain a strong vendor network across cities
• Drive cost optimization without compromising quality
• Work closely with Execution & Operations teams
• Track vendor KPIs and compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management, or BTL execution
• Experience handling BTL vendors and campaign execution
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Good vendor relationship & stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel/data tracking skills
