BTL Activation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Innovation: Develop new activation formats and engagement opportunities.
• BTL Activations/Events : Plan and execute impactful on-ground activations aligned to business objectives. (launches, customer events, exhibitions and Project lead Gen & brand events)
• Agency & Vendor Management: Manage agencies, vendors and partners for quality, timelines and cost efficiency.
• Budget Management: Deliver activations and events within approved budgets and maximise ROI.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand experience across all BTL and event touchpoints.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Projects and other teams for seamless execution.
• Reporting & ROI: Track KPIs and provide post-activation/event performance reports and insights.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-6 years of strong creative thinking and execution orientation.
• Must have: understanding of experiential events, on-ground marketing and event execution
• Must have: Well-articulated and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Industry experience: BFSI, lifestyle brands, FMCG or real estate
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight timelines.
• Willingness to be present on-ground during events and activations.
