About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Vendor Procurement to drive vendor sourcing, negotiations, and vendor management, ensuring cost efficiency and reliable partnerships across execution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard vendors at competitive rates.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs.
• Manage vendor performance, quality, and timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor database.
• Drive cost optimization and scalable vendor networks.
• Coordinate with execution and operations teams.
• Track vendor KPIs and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Excellent vendor relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Bengaluru-based candidates preferred.
