BT Group is hiring Apprentices for our International Customer Service Voice Process.

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven graduates with exceptional communication skills who are eager to start their careers in a global work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates from 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches only
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Must possess excellent English communication skills
• No PF Account should be linked to previous employment
• No active NATS Registration
• Must be available for immediate joining
• Willing to work in rotational/night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via voice support
• Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service experience
• Maintain professional communication standards
• Meet quality and productivity targets
