BSS provisioning Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support day to day operational, reporting, monitoring and relevant technical requirements

and service them with best possible solutions in consultation with product engineering

team.

2. Leading on handling operational issue promptly and involve Engineering team and vendors

as and when needed.

3. Responsible to handle Order to Activation flow and monitor system proactively.

4. Hands-on experience in BSS Operation and designing roles and having understanding for BSS

components like CRM, Mediation, OCS, Rating, Collection, Orchestration,

Provisioning/Activation for mobile Post-paid and prepaid services etc.

5. Strong understanding of E2E journey & Process across Fulfilment, Assurance, Inventory

management & Product catalogue.

6. Should understand 4G/5G Core network elements and its integration with BSS components.

7. Understanding for BSS cloud-based architecture is must.

8. Hands-on experience in LTE/5G technology, protocols HTTPS/Diameter/TCP, PCAP traces etc.

9. Gathers and documents the outcome of test executions and all information needed to

support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.

10. Coordinates with Development and Infra teams on the resolution of issues, overseeing the

testing progress and ensuring that high standards of quality are being met.

11. Compares and analyses system behaviour vs. expected results/KPIs based on business and

technical requirements.

12. Identifies issues, proposes system improvements, and performs repetitive test execution to

resolve identified issues.

13. Participates in and contributes to internal design reviews of testing materials.
