Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused BSM HR Delivery professional to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, and drive account performance. The role involves understanding client hiring requirements, coordinating with recruitment teams, tracking interview progress, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring timely delivery against client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SPOC for clients and manage day-to-day communication, updates, and escalations.
• Gather, understand, and validate client hiring requirements, including job descriptions, skills, experience, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely sourcing and submission of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with clients and candidates on interview schedules, feedback, selection status, and offer progress.
• Monitor recruitment delivery metrics, open positions, submissions, interviews, closures, and joining status.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, client databases, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Drive delivery performance against agreed SLAs, TATs, and hiring targets.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and provide updates on hiring progress, challenges, and action plans.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the key account manager for assigned client accounts.
• Identify delivery gaps, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to prioritize requirements and improve turnaround time.
• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and confidentiality of client and candidate information.

Required Skills

• Experience in recruitment delivery, client coordination, staffing, or account management.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate client expectations into actionable recruitment plans.
• Experience in interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, and recruitment pipeline management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, MIS reporting, and data management.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and drive delivery targets.
