Job Description & Summary:

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for marketing automation and system improvements that align with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, and marketing to gather detailed requirements for marketing technology implementations and enhancements
• Document current state marketing processes and create comprehensive functional specifications for new marketing system features and capabilities
• Translate complex marketing business needs into clear technical requirements that can be understood and implemented by development teams
• Conduct Weekly inspections to track the performance of campaigns through Dashboards
• Create detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and system documentation to support marketing operations and compliance requirements
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented marketing solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization
