BS&B For Quality Assurance

We are looking candidates from,

• Nuclear, Aerospace & defence background
• Quality systems : QA ISO 9001, AS9100 , Supplier quality, NCR, CAPA, Root cause analysis and quality documentation.
• Manager Quality : Welding, NDT, Machining, fabrication , pressure vessel inspection, critical components, material traceability, vendor inspection
• Standards :  ASME / AERB / AS9100/ ISO / Defence standards

Requirements:  - 10 + years experience.

1. Should have worked with Atomic / Nuclear Energy Establishments, Defence, Aerospace Establishments or at these clients- Pvt/ Govt.
2. Familiar & Implementation of ISO 19443:2018 for Nuclear and AS9100
3. Familiar with AMS AS9100 ( Aerospace Material Specifications)
4. Should have solid experience in the implementation of Inspection Test Plan/ SOPs of the above industries.

Skills :

• Strong knowledge on QMS.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ASME, PED, ATEX, BIS standards.
• Experience in internal audits and supplier audits.
• Knowledge on 7QC tools, FMEA, 8D methodology, 5Why analysis, Fishbone diagram, and CAPA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skill.
• Proficiency in MS office, Excel, and quality documentation practices.

Job Description:

• Maintain and improve Quality Management System in line with IMS.
• Maintain quality documentation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare & review quality documents, procedures, SOP's ad records.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate with external certification audits.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action for quality issues.
• Monitor and track corrective and preventive action (CAPA) for timely closure.
• Ensure all products meet customer requirements and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(CFT) to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in QMS.
• Perform process and product audits in line with internal manufacturing SOPs periodically.
• Monitor supplier performance, perform supplier audits and drive continual improvement .
• Cultivate "zero-defect" and quality assurance culture.

Education :

B.E in Mechanical Engineering/Production/Industrial Engineering

Preference :

Experience in manufacturing or Engineering industries
