Position description: Cluster Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop an effective agency channel for the assigned territory.
• Identify tie up with potential Motor Dealers/Sub dealers and start business with them.
• Develop relationship with tie up Bank employees ,Train motivate them to do business achieve targets .Ensuring Recruitment of intermediaries through Smart Officers .
• Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line as per budget.
• Should co-ordinate with Underwriters,HR,IT operations team to manage a smooth function of smart offices.

Educational qualifications preferred

• Category: Graduate/Post graduate/MBA/PGDBM

Required work experience

• Industry: General Insurance
• Years of experience: 7-10 Years
