# Logistics Brokerage Executive

*Employment Type:* Full-Time

*CTC:* Up to 25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

### About the Role

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates to join our *Logistics Brokerage Team*. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and logistics.

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day *logistics brokerage and freight operations*.

- Coordinate with *carriers, shippers, and customers* to arrange transportation.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels.

- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers to secure profitable loads.

- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate new business.

- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.

- Monitor shipments and coordinate with all parties to ensure smooth pickup and delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, customer information, and follow-ups.

- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

- Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to customers.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

### Eligibility & Requirements

- *Experience:* Minimum *6 months of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, transportation, or a related field* is preferred.

- *Freshers are also welcome to apply* if they have good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

- Good verbal and written *English communication skills*.

- Strong negotiation, sales, and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Target-oriented and motivated to earn through performance-based incentives.

### Compensation

- *CTC: Up to 25,000 per month*, depending on experience and interview performance.

- *Additional incentives based on sales/performance.*

- No fixed limit on performance-based incentives for high achievers.
