Brokerage Admin Assistant III

Brokerage coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the customs clearance process for imported shipments while ensuring compliance with applicable customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies. The role involves reviewing import documentation, preparing and submitting customs entries. Should also have a sound knowledge of import regulations, tariff classification, valuation, duty calculation, and trade compliance while delivering high-quality customer service and operational excellence.

• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts 24/7
• Working days: Five days including Saturday Sunday, with 2 days week-off
• Designation: Brokerage Admin Assistant III - Grade: 8
• Position: Multiple

• Prepare, review, and submit customs entries for import shipments.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import laws, and trade requirements.
• Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and determine applicable duties and taxes.
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists and other import documentation for accuracy.
• Should deliver on expected productivity and quality
• Ready to provide support (Overtimes, staffing on baking holidays)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of import brokerage processes and customs regulations.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent typing speed for data entry
• Must be customer focused
• Proficiency in brokerage and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in UK Brokerage is preferrable.
• Customs clearance, accuracy and compliance.

• Strong customer orientation and understanding customer services issues
• Should be flexible with shift timings working days as per business requirements
