Job Description:

We are looking for a BRM IT Supply and Finance Consultant to act as the link between the client's supply chain and finance business teams and IT. The consultant will bring SAP functional knowledge across O2C, P2P and R2R, and will drive enhancements and digital transformation initiatives for these functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the business relationship manager between supply chain, finance and tax stakeholders and the IT team.
• Gather and translate business requirements across O2C, P2P and R2R into SAP solutions and enhancements.
• Manage SAP enhancement requests from requirement through design, testing and rollout.
• Plan and run UAT with business users, and track defects through to sign-off.
• Manage projects and digital transformation initiatives for supply chain and finance processes.
• Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks and priorities.

Required Skills:

• Business Relationship Management (BRM).
• SAP functional knowledge in O2C, P2P and R2R cycles.
• Project management and digital transformation.
• Supply chain, finance, and tax process knowledge.
• Stakeholder management, UAT and SAP enhancements.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Relevant BRM and SAP functional knowledge.
• Willingness to work on-site at the client office in Gurugram.
• Comfortable with contractual engagement.
