BT Group is hiring for an International Customer Service Voice Process in Kolkata. We are looking for customer-centric professionals with excellent communication skills and experience in handling international customers.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 10 Months of International Voice Process Experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational offs
Immediate joiners preferred
